Important Notes

Dual nationals of Israel and the United States who don't have an Israeli passport, including infants, may be required to obtain an Israeli passport in order to leave Israel. Entry prohibited for any person "who knowingly issues a public call for boycotting Israel". Starting January 1, 2025, an ETA just like a US ESTA or a Canada ETA will be required for travel to Israel. Applications opened on June 1 as a trial but are not required for US and German passport holders until January 1, 2025. On July 1, 2024, the application has been opened to all visa exempt country passport holders.
