If arriving from a country of high yellow fever risk and stayed for more than 12 hours, then Yellow Fever vaccine required. Exit visa required. Registration within 3 days mandatory. The U.S. government advises its citizens not to visit Sudan due to armed conflict, civil unrest, crime, terrorism, and kidnapping. Khartoum International Airport is currently closed, making it very difficult for Americans to leave the country.
